I understand he is not a RT Sup but a PT instructor, meaning he does both flying & classes. I would like the union to step in with this fine line between being a supervisor & flight attendant.

A lot of us don't feel comfortable with him flying & acting like a supervisor onboard. Several flight attendants have mentioned how he acts towards us.

We're confused, is he union covered? Why does he make co-workers feel awkward & act as if he is doing a check ride on us? Is this possible. Recently, our class was told the RT Supervisor position was no longer called that, their just RT facilitators. Which under our contract Supervisors were not allowed to fly. With the word supervisor dropped, several of us feel they need to fly simply because some haven't & don't understand certain questions. Please address this, it will benefit us all.
